Propeller Arena: Aviation Battle Championship

Propeller Arena: Aviation Battle Championship was developed by Sega AM2, and was set to be integrated into Sega Net - the Sega SNAP network.

The game was planned to be online for broad band as well as dialup, and even featured microphone support. Unfortunately, though, the game was cancelled after the 9-11 attacks, as Sega feared that gamers would re-enact the tragic event in the game.

The game mechanics could be described as an airborn Crazy Taxi. You are thrown into situations where dog fighting capabilities are invaluable, and you are bound the be looping, diving, climbing and doing multiple G's as the enemy tries to take you out.

Split screen is also available, even in the now "released" version.
