Det første af to rollespil i Hudson og Reds RPG-serie med temaet "Fantastic Theater". Elfaria er udviklet i samarbejde med den japanske illustrator Susumu Matsushita, som ud over at have arbejdet på Capcoms Maximo til PlayStation 2, også er kendt for sine covers-illustrationer til det japanske spilmagasin Famitsu.
