Total Annihilation er en serie af primært strategispil, der er udgivet i perioden 1997-2000. Seriens spil er hovedsageligt udviklet af Cavedog og udgivet af GT Interactive. Blandt seriens mest populære spil er Total Annihilation: Kingdoms, Total Annihilation og Total Annihilation: Kingdoms: The Iron Plague.
