NOTE: In Totalizing, the left counter _only_, calculates the total coinage
intake in multiples of the lowest denomination of accepted by the various coin
chutes.
There is a DIP switch option in the operator menu which will let you see the
effects of these switches as they are being changed. It's also worth noting
that the Coinage settings are significantly different from that of NBA Jam.
