The Starlight Children's Foundation is an international non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for seriously ill children and their families. Formed in 1983 with the granting of a single wish, the foundation offers an impressive menu of both in-hospital and outpatient programs and services.

Description In order to bid in this auction, you will be required to submit a $1,000 deposit to be qualified to continue bidding. If you win the auction, the deposit will be applied toward your purchase. If you win the auction and do not complete the transaction, the entire $1,000 deposit will be forfeited. If you bid and do not win the auction, your deposit will be returned to you.

A: No, bidding is only open to residents of the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

Q: I’ve won the auction! What happens next?
A: A representative of Nintendo of America Inc. will be contacting the winning bidder via email or phone to congratulate him or her as well as confirm payment amount, sales tax and payment instructions.

Q: Is there any sales tax?
A: Yes, sales tax will be charged based on the residency of the winning bidder. The total to include sales tax will be provided to the winning bidder upon the close of the auction.

Q: Is this purchase tax deductible?
A: Only amounts paid over and above the fair market value of an item received from a charitable organization would constitute a charitable contribution and therefore be tax deductible. The retail value of a non-modified version of a similar vehicle is valued at approximately $13,500.00. The value of this particular vehicle is priceless. Please consult your personal tax advisor for more information on this issue.

Q: Is a warranty included?
A: No.

Q: Will a receipt be provided?
A: Yes, a receipt for the final bid amount paid will be provided by Starlight Children’s Foundation.

Q: Who pays for shipping and how will my item be shipped?
A: Nintendo will pay for the vehicle to be transported to the winning bidder (within the Continental United States). The winning bidder will be required to sign a release and waiver of liability agreement before delivery of the vehicle.

Q: When can I expect to receive my Pokémon-e Trading Card Game PT Cruiser?
A: Subject to unanticipated delays or constraints, or other factors beyond the control of NOA, this vehicle will be made available for delivery on or before April 15, 2004.
