Nintendo and Bungie take first, second and third on software chart
The combined might of Nintendo and Bungie has helped dislodge the stubborn Yokai Watch 2 from the top of the charts. Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS is the new number one with the PlayStation versions of Destiny taking second and third place. Combined the PlayStation version of the space shooter sold 140,780 units.

In hardware PlayStation 4 saw a significant boost to sales, selling more than 16,000 units more than last week. 3DS XL stayed top though and also saw a rise in sales.

Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS has made it two weeks at the top of the Japanese charts, scoring more than 1.2 million sales in the process. Yokai Watch 2 is behind it at two, now with over 2.5 million units sold.

Nintendo i krise gør, at de sprøjter nogle virkeligt solide titler ud, som de gør for tiden.

| Sumez | Skrevet 12/12-14 09:25 | Ja, rent personligt kan jeg også sagtens se hvorfor Wii U endnu er langt mere interessant end konkurrenterne (selvom det helt klart kommer til at skifte til Sony's fordel i 2015), men den generelle konsensus hedder jo at PS4 er "the shit", mens Wii U er en stor fiasko.
Interessant hvis maskinernes omdømme er noget helt andet i Japan. Det er trods alt deres hjemmebane, og derfor stadig rimelig relevant, selvom det er et noget mindre marked. Wii U har solgt omkring 500000 indtil videre i år, mens PS4 har solgt ca. 800000. Det nuværende Wii U løft skyldes Smash Bros.
