God of War on PC boasts numerous graphical and experiential enhancements to make full use of the PC's capabilities.
Graphically, there are higher-resolution shadows, improved screen space reflections, enhanced Ground Truth Ambient Occlusion (GTAO) and Screen Space Directional Occlusion (SSDO) effects, higher detail assets, and higher rendering resolutions, making the God of War world look even more spectacular. Plus, the frame rate is fully uncapped, for a smoother, faster presentation.

Hvis man spekulerer i hvilke de næste Playstation PC titler bliver, kan nævnes Nvidias Geforce Now leak, der til at starte med så lidt tosset ud med PC titler som Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection, GTA 3/VC/SA remaster collection, God of War, Actraiser Remake og Chrono Cross Remaster. I dag er mange af dem dog bekræftede, hvilket giver en mulighed for at andre Sony PC titler, der var i databasen, som Demon's Souls, Sackboy, Horizon: Forbidden West, GT7, Returnal, Ghost of Tsushima, Ratchet & Clank m.fl. også bliver det.
